The Clown Conservatory
The Clown Conservatory is the only program in the USA offering professional training for physical comedians, circus, and theater clowns. Our program includes Improvisation, Character Development, Acrobatics, Dance, Mime, Mask, Slapstick, Circus Skills, Creating Original Material, Live Performance, and the Business of Show Business. Our focus is on helping each student develop their physical acting skills with a strong emphasis on comedy. An increasing number of productions around the world incorporate Circus and Clown related skills, from small-town shows to the Metropolitan Opera in New York.
