Our Facilities
The building where the Circus Center is located was the Boy’s Gym at the Polytechnic, once the largest high school in the San Francisco. It sits across the street from Golden Gate Park, with it’s playgrounds, biking and running tracks, and is sandwiched between one of the hippest neighborhoods in town – the Haight Ashbury – and the foodies neighborhood of choice, the Inner Sunset, which boasts some of San Francisco’s more reasonable rentals. There are great cafes and restaurants where you can get food of almost every ethnic persuasion. Plus our facility is easy to access from most anywhere in the Bay Area by bus, rail or bike giving our students plenty of options for affordable accommodations while training with us.
Our facility offers training in recreational and professional circus arts as well as live performances of circus and physical theater. We’re 3 miles from the Pacific Ocean, on one of the most scenic coast lines in the world, in one of America’s most culturally diverse and vibrant cities.
